A Six-Week Therapeutic Journey for Women in Midlife
You've spent years being everything to everyone.
Capable. Dependable. The one who holds it all together.
But somewhere in the doing, the giving, and the keeping up — you got lost.
Maybe you feel exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix.
Maybe you're snapping at people you love, then hating yourself for it.
Maybe you're functioning — just about — but you know this isn't living.
Maybe you're asking quietly: Is this it? Where did I go?
You're not broken. You're depleted.
And you deserve more than just coping.
WHAT IS THE RENEWAL ROOM?
The Renewal Room is a therapist-led group programme for women in midlife experiencing burnout, overwhelm, or a quiet disconnection from themselves.
This isn't a support group where you offload and carry on the same. This isn't a workshop with a checklist and a goodie bag.
It's a structured therapeutic process — designed to unfold over six weeks, giving real insight the time it needs to land, settle, and become lasting change.
Over six weeks, you'll move gently but intentionally through the themes that matter most — understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, reconnecting with your body and emotional world, developing tools to regulate overwhelm, and beginning to live with greater clarity, steadiness, and trust in yourself.
Change doesn't happen in a single conversation. It happens when the right support, the right space, and the right time all come together.
That's what The Renewal Room is built for.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is for you if:
-
You're exhausted, depleted, or running on empty — and have been for longer than you'd like to admit
-
You struggle to rest, ask for help, or say no without guilt
-
You feel disconnected from who you are beneath all the roles you play
-
You long for a space that's genuinely yours — where you can be honest about how you're really feeling
-
You're done with just pushing through — and ready to do something that actually changes things
You don't need to be at rock bottom to be here. You just need to be ready to show up for yourself.

The Journey

WHATS INCLUDED
This is what you receive when you join The Renewal Room:
Before we begin: A personal 1:1 intake call with Rebecca — so you arrive at the first session feeling seen, settled, and ready. This isn't an admin call. It's the beginning of the work.
Your welcome pack: Posted to your door before we start. A tangible, beautiful beginning to your journey — because this process deserves to feel like something.
Six 90-minute therapeutic group sessions: In-person. Small group. Carefully held. This is the heart of The Renewal Room — a space to slow down, be honest, and feel genuinely seen by women who deeply understand.
Weekly Reflection Guides: Delivered to your inbox every Sunday ahead of Monday's session. Reflections and embodied practices to deepen the work between sessions.
A private WhatsApp community: Support, connection, and gentle accountability between sessions — from women who get it.
Mindfulness and somatic practices: Woven throughout every session — tools you can actually use in your real life, not just in the room.
A closing integration session: Week 6 is designed as a proper ceremony — a moment to honour how far you've come and gather what you're carrying forward.
A post-programme alumni call: One month after we close, the group reconvenes for a 60-minute online call. To reconnect, share how integration is going, and feel held beyond the six weeks.

WHAT HAVE PAST PARTICIPANTS SAID...

"I'm feeling much brighter and feel enlightened. I've been working on my boundaries and feel much more at peace with my choices. I've recommended you and this process to friends — it's amazing, once you start talking you realise we're all going through it."
"I feel in a really good place and since finishing the programme I have been able to manage my anxiety well, focus well and not get overwhelmed. It's honestly really changed my life — I can never be grateful enough."
"The sessions have definitely supported me in coming back to myself. I've never done anything like this before but always known that it would benefit me and others too. The good thing is that it is gradual progression. It makes you think about yourself in many different ways. I only wish I had met you sooner."
"I just wanted to say thank you. It's time invested in me — learning to be me and healing. Learning in small groups is so beneficial."

IS THE RIGHT FOR YOU?
You might be wondering whether you're ready, whether the timing is right, or whether you're "bad enough" to deserve support.
Here's what I want you to know: you don't need to be at your worst to be here. The women in this room come from all walks of life — professionals, caregivers, homemakers — and what they have in common isn't the severity of their struggle. It's the readiness to do something about it.
If something in this page has felt like it was written for you — it probably was.
I'd love for you to be in the room.

ABOUT REBECCA...

I know what it feels like to live the life you're describing.
For years I worked full time in banking — main breadwinner, mother, the one who kept everything moving. I made everyone and everything else the priority, and the idea of taking care of myself came loaded with guilt. I didn't even realise how lost I'd become in the doing of it all.
Burnout for me didn't look like collapse. It looked like irritability. Like constantly trying to prove myself — at work, at home, as a mother. It looked like living for the moments I could escape with friends, because that was the only time I felt like me.
As I approached my 40th birthday, something shifted. I knew — really knew — that this was the moment to change. Not just to cope better, but to actually live differently. To find work that gave me purpose, not just a salary. To stop performing and start becoming.
That decision led me here. To retraining as a holistic counsellor, to working with women navigating exactly what I navigated, and eventually to creating The Renewal Room — the space I wish had existed for me.
I work with women in midlife because I understand from the inside what it costs to put yourself last for too long. And I know what becomes possible when you finally decide to stop.
If you're standing where I was standing — I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.

FAQ SECTION
Where does the group meet?
The Renewal Room takes place in person. Location details are shared on booking.
How many women are in the group?
The group is intentionally small — to protect the quality of the experience and ensure every woman feels held.
Do I need any previous experience of therapy or counselling?
No. Many women join The Renewal Room having never done any therapeutic work before. You simply need to be ready to show up with honesty and openness.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. If you need to miss a session, you'll receive the Weekly Reflection Guide as normal and I'll ensure you feel supported to rejoin the following week.
Is this therapy?
The Renewal Room is a therapeutic process led by a holistic counsellor. It is not a replacement for individual therapy, though many women find it complementary to existing support.
What happens after The Renewal Room?
Many women choose to continue the work through 1:1 sessions with Rebecca after the programme closes. A follow-on alumni programme is also in development. Details shared with graduates first.
