Relationship Coaching

Supporting women and couples to build stronger, healthier relationships and providing compassionate support through the harder seasons

Relationships are at the heart of everything.

How we communicate. How we connect. How we show up for each other — and for ourselves within a relationship.

Most relationships don't fail because people stop caring. They struggle because patterns build up over time. Communication breaks down.

Needs go unmet. People grow apart without realising it's happening. And the longer those patterns go unaddressed, the harder they become to shift.

But with the right support, real change is possible.

I work with women and couples who want more from their relationships — more connection, more understanding, more honesty, more of the partnership they originally hoped for. And I also work with those navigating the harder seasons — the crossroads, the separation, and the rebuilding that follows.

Wherever you are in your relationship journey — there is support here.

Who I Work With

Women navigating relationship challenges

Sometimes the work happens individually. You might feel unseen or unheard in your relationship. You might be carrying resentment that's been building quietly for years. You might have lost yourself in the relationship and forgotten what you actually need — or how to ask for it.

I work with women to understand their relational patterns, find their voice, and learn to advocate for themselves — in their partnership, their family, their friendships, and beyond.

Couples wanting to strengthen their relationship

You love each other but something has shifted. Communication has become difficult. Intimacy has faded. You're existing alongside each other rather than truly connecting. Old arguments keep resurfacing. You want it to be different but don't know how to get there. I work with couples to rebuild genuine connection — understanding each other more deeply, communicating more honestly, and creating a relationship that both people feel truly good about. This is not about finding fault. It's about finding a way forward together.

Couples navigating intimacy challenges

Intimacy is one of the most common and least talked about challenges in long-term relationships.

It might be that physical intimacy has faded and neither of you knows how to address it. Or that emotional intimacy has quietly eroded over time — you're together but you don't feel truly close. Or that past experiences, stress, life transitions, or the demands of everyday life have created distance that feels hard to bridge.

Intimacy challenges rarely exist in isolation. They're almost always connected to how safe we feel, how seen we feel, and how well we're able to communicate our needs — which is exactly where this work goes.

I work with couples to understand what's happening beneath the surface, rebuild emotional safety, and gently reopen the conversations that have felt too difficult to have. This is a safe, non-judgmental space where nothing is too sensitive to bring.

Couples at a crossroads

Sometimes you reach a point of real uncertainty. You're not sure whether what you have can become something better — or whether it's time to part. That limbo is one of the most exhausting places to be.

I work with couples at exactly this point — not to push a decision in either direction, but to create the space for honest conversation, clarity, and whatever comes next. Sometimes that's finding a new and better way to be together. Sometimes it's parting with as much care and dignity as possible. Both are valid outcomes.

Couples and co-parents navigating separation

When the decision has been made, the work doesn't end — particularly where children are involved. Learning to communicate effectively, reduce conflict, and build a co-parenting relationship that works is some of the most important work a separating couple can do.

I support couples through this transition — not to revisit the relationship, but to protect what matters most going forward.

Women rebuilding after separation or divorce

The legal process may be over. But the emotional process takes longer. Who are you now? What do you want? How do you rebuild a life that feels genuinely yours?

I work with women at this stage — supporting them through the identity shift, rebuilding their confidence, and helping them find their footing in a life that is being completely remade.

My Approach

Relationship coaching isn't about taking sides, assigning blame, or telling people what to do.

It's about creating a safe, honest space where real conversations can happen. Where patterns can be seen clearly. Where both people, or just one, can begin to understand what's actually going on beneath the surface.

I bring a holistic approach to this work; combining therapeutic depth, nervous system awareness, somatic practices, and practical coaching tools. I work with what's happening in the body as much as the mind, because our relationship patterns don't just live in our thoughts. They live in how we feel, how we react, and how we've learned to protect ourselves.

I also bring lived experience. I've navigated divorce, co-parenting, and blended family life myself. That gives me an understanding of what this work actually feels like — the grief alongside the relief, the complexity of co-parenting, the slow process of finding yourself again — that goes beyond the theoretical.
