This 6-week therapist-led group is for women from all walks of life — professionals, caregivers, homemakers — who are navigating burnout, questioning their purpose, or longing to reconnect with who they truly are beneath all the roles they play.

It’s a space to slow down. To reflect. To feel seen.

And to begin the gentle work of coming back to yourself — in the company of other women who deeply get it.

Price and what's included:

The cost per session is £25, so total investment over the 6 weeks is £150

6 x 90-minute in-person group counselling sessions
Weekly digital workbook (with reflections + embodied practices)
Supportive small group of women
Community WhatsApp group to offer support between sessions
Mindfulness and somatic tools woven throughout

Week 1 - Awareness

Begin by tuning in. Learn how burnout shows up in your body, emotions, and behaviours — and gently increase your self-awareness without judgment.

Week 2: Boundaries

Explore your relationship with saying yes and no. Begin to identify what’s draining you and how to reclaim your time, space, and energy.

Week 3: Needs

So many women forget they’re allowed to have needs. We explore how to name, feel, and honor your unmet needs — without guilt.

Week 4: Nervous System Support

Learn how burnout affects your stress response. Discover simple tools to regulate your nervous system, ground yourself, and feel more emotionally steady.

Week 5: Self-Compassion & Inner Voice

Shift from self-criticism to kindness. Begin healing the parts of you that believe you’re only worthy when doing, achieving and giving to others.

Week 6: Integration & Moving Forward

Reflect, celebrate, and gather the insights you’ll carry with you. We’ll look at sustainable ways to continue your healing long after the group ends.
